Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or refund on our Godseye Oils products as each batch is specially handmade for your orders. You are welcome to purchase a Sample Kit to determine which scents you would like to bring home in their full size.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed — it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
Orders can take 14 business days or more to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
