INCREDIBLE SCENT! Feminine and mystical without being overly sweet.

I had fallen in love with this perfume oil and really felt that it was my favorite scent, and want to wear it every day.
Unfortunately the formula seems to have changed , as the scent has obviously been diluted - I can hardly smell it when I apply, and definitely can't smell it at all after 15/20 minutes.

The solution also feels different, more oily - and I've gotten 3 pimples on my neck after a few days of using the new roller.

What's even worse is that there are no returns available through the website, even for unopened products. I'm sure I also won't get a response or any customer support.

Ultimately feeling like I wasted my $$ on getting 2 rollers for something I thought I could trust.
